Refund Policy

At Khaliya, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this time, orders may already be processed by our fulfillment partners (including suppliers such as CJ Dropshipping) and cannot be cancelled.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • item received is damaged
  • item received is defective
  • wrong item delivered

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • clear photos of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • color differences due to screen display
  • items used or damaged after delivery
  • sale or promotional items

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • processing time is 5–10 business days
  • depending on your bank, additional processing time may apply

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

We will offer either:

  • replacement item (if available), or
  • full refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. check your bank account again
  2. contact your card provider
  3. contact your bank processing department

If the issue continues, contact us directly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Khaliya is not responsible for:

  • incorrect address entered by customer
  • failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • customs delays (if applicable)
